Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

• We shall not be held liable for flight delays, unanticipated circumstances, or other similar events. If your stay is cut short, the tariffs indicated above will not apply. There will be no special offers. The accommodation amount will not be refunded. Depending on availability, your stay may be extended.

If a confirmed booking is cancelled: –

• Till one month before date – No refund 
• Between 30 to 45 days before date – 50% refund 
• Between 45 to 60 days before date – 90% refund 
• More than 60 days before date – Full refund.

Confirmation:

• In order to confirm the booking the entire accommodation amount has to be paid in advance.
• On check-in the entire amount for the treatments could be settled.Our Medical Evaluation are categorised into two; Medical and Holistic Health and this is decided by our Medical team. 4. Our Special Treatments and Panchakarma & Special Ayurvedic treatments are charged individually as these treatments need input from the medical staff, as well as specific ingredients and freshly selected medicinal herbs, and are thus tailored exclusively for you.

• We discourage room service, unless medically unfit to walk.
• Laundry, internet, telecom, taxi and room services if required will be charged additionally.

• We have a common television/movie area.
• Children under 8 years cannot be left without adult supervision and if found to be a disturbance to others who have come for a healing time, cannot be entertained in common areas in the Centre and will have to be confined within one’s room and garden.
